The Modern Family House (3965)
has been going strong for the past two years, indicating that there was enough
interest to expand the 'Modern Living' side of the PLAYMOBIL® city life theme. 6
additional sets bring new life in and around the modern family house, coming
March 2003.

3205 SWIMMING POOL
A swimming pool with a real-working shower (if you push the
little yellow pump that is). Mom, dad and two children are enjoying
the great weather at their swimming pool.

3206 LAUNDRY ROOM
Washing, ironing, dust cleaning. It's all in a day's work for the
lady figure in this household set.

3207 BABY ROOM
With all those new babies (3) added to the modern city house family,
a place to change diapers was very much needed. A great sense for
detail is shown in the baby room set, the baby bed looks almost
real.

3208 MOTHER & BABY
Mother is feeding the baby in the penguin shaped baby-chair.

3209 FAMILY WALK
The family out on a walk.

Hamsters and turtles now have their own place in the garden around
