The last mayor release scheduled for 2002 is the all-new 5 set strong supermarket theme.
 

The Grocery Store (3200) houses lots of shelves filled with typical supermarket goods like milk cartons, canned vegetables and soap. Next to the coffee and ice cream corner there also is a newspaper and magazine stand. Unlimited shopping fun for sure with PLAYMOBIL®'s new take on the classic 'grocery store play'.

The 'down side' to this set is that it contains so many small accessories which are very difficult to keep in place and are easily attracted by the greatest fear of any PLAYMOBIL® fan: the inevitable vacuum cleaner!!!

When all the goods on the shopping list have been picked up it's time to head off to the Grocery Check-Out (3201).

Fruit and vegetables are fresh and juicy at the Deli & Produce Department (3202). The erasable advertising board and price stickers inform the consumers about prices and daily discounts. A salesperson and a customer figure are included for instant shopping action.

The Grocery Delivery Van (3204) is based on the same classic Playmobil® Van that was previously used for the Ambulance and the Racing Service Truck. An extended loading ramp is added to allow the quick unloading of the various supermarket's supplies.
